I've played Babylon 5 : ACTA in the past.

I was looking at playing a few more games and would like to know what are the best dimensions for a playing surface.

6' x 4'

We usually use 4'x6' , 4' x 8' sometimes if the game is large.

Yep thats about right - Terrain helps to make the board work and IMO is essential in most if not all games............
