Me too, I use a book mark as well. Look at that I get the tabs when I use the link as well. If you follow the link in the topic update emails you don't get the tabs, which is what I use a lot of the time to check the forums.

I do too, but it brings me to the same version of the page as if I clicked on Forums on the homepage.
In fact, I only get the borderless forums when I right-click on Forums and select Open in New Window.

Also, I have IE7 at work and the current update of Firefox at home and it's the same in both.

See, that's exactly how I get here everytime and I have the borders with the tabs. Wierder and Wierderer.
