In Central Supply Catalogue it's +1, in the Field Catalogue it's +2

Since it stacks with sights/scopes (at least I assume it does as it's not listed as either) I am guessing +1 is a little less bonkers?

Is there an official ruling?

This is what I go with. I'm the opposite of official though, I houserule by default.

In fact if I ever reboot I'm going to reconsider all those plus ones. Maybe make them a boon/bane thing so they can't all stack.
