What mongoose need to print next is Pendragon as white wolf dont seem to want it any more and Dragon Warriors has shown there is a big enough market for British orientated games. So come on mongoose, bring back Pendragon.

I like Mongoose...
but to be honest, as a life long fan and Arthuriana expert, I believe that the Greg Stafford and the others at Chaosium/Green Knight/Arthaus have pretty much locked it down to as good as its ever gonna be. The nostalgia of the first ed, the book format of the second, the sheer volume of further editions, culminating in the succintness of the latest...
I honestly think we've seen Pendragon in all its possible best light.
Mongoose would just make Pendragon into a rather pale MRQ shadow of its former selves...
no offence meant but there has been so much devotion and care put into previous volumes that i honestly dont think Mongoose can better them.

well hopefully mongoose wouldnt alter pendragon much but rather just print and sell it similar to the way they have done with dragon warriors.
surely its got to be better than just allowing pendragon to vanish into rpg history which looks its likely destination at present , white wolf seem to have abandoned it, leisure games and others have now completly removed it from their catologues. so unless chaosium are going to take it back then without a company like mongoose the future of pendragon looks bleak.

Chaosium can't take it back. It wasnt theirs. They let it go over a tiny debt. Thats why Greg Stafford left. Greg might be able to get it back. I'll ask him once I finish his map of Britain.

Mongoose has the idea to develop an Arthurian game based on RuneQuest rules. I don't know when it will see the daylight though.
