PDF releases of sourcebooks?

Is there a set time after the release of the books for placing them on DriveThruRPG and RPGNow as PDFs?

Are there any release dates for the following?
- The Rim
- IPX
- Lurker's Guide to Telepaths
- Legend of the Rangers

Well, seriously, as guy who got DriveThruRPG Mongoose's Babylon 5 page as one of his homepage tab. All I can say that it will come but you have to wait for several months. Sad but true. What they never say that when these get released so it is lost cause to ask them
