pak'mara scavengers rule

hey guys, looking at this have noticed something fairly amusing. for every ship raid or less the pak get less than the RR to buy one but if they manage to scavenge a wrecked warship or armageddon ship they get enough to buy a ship of that level with RR to spare. whats that all about? they got a new for old deal with their insurers?

It´s the same rule as with the raiders, and they can use any bonus they can get - looks like it´s just been transfered over
