Original BF:Evo minis: Getting sticky

I was routing through my EFTF army tonight on a nostalgic whim and noticed what seems to be the adhesive leaching through the stickers on the bases making the stickers almost transparent :shock:

They've been sealed in baggies in a box since, I think, the last Mongoose tournament so it;s not moisture but I suppose it could be condensation. Interestingly the effect is different, it's not affecting all the minis, and it's not affecting the EFTF British Infantry I had to self label.

It's not serious, the bases are a little tacky, no biggie just curious.

Anyone else noticed this?

I had several that did that even from the point of taking them out of the box initially. I assumed it was heat breaking down the glue.

Ah, so I've been lucky then.

I relaise it's been 2 years since I used them last at the 2nd and last Mongoose BF:Evo tourney.

Depends on how you mean :lol:

I co-won the doubles tourney first, then finished second to my doubles partner in the singles tourney a month or few later.
