Online gaming surface

I think it would be cool to have some kind of online gaming table, where you can move tokens around e.g. Combat Actions tokens or Hero Points, has anyone come across anything like this? We play over Skype, and I'm going to be running RuneQuest soon when our L5R game winds up, and I'm thinking about online gaming tools.
