nuBSG to ACTA conversion question

I have been perusing the forums and have found several references and dead links to a nu-Battlestar Galactica conversion to B5:ACTA. I would truly like to take a look at this, but even Google-fu is failing me on that front. Anyone have a copy of this that they would like to share (assuming the author is ok with that)?
I am really looking for the counters that it mentions in some of the posts, but would like to see someone else's take on this setting.
