NPC Descriptions

Is there somewhere a collection of NPC descriptions. Not Patrons but short descriptions, with Traveller stats or systemless, of the everyday NPC's that the players encounter.
My players have a tendency to involve and re-involve random NPC's in their adventures. For instance stopping a delivery boy, tucking a 100 CR note in their pocket in order for the NPC to do some minor work. Then since they know he can be bribed/involved voluntarily/coerced/whatever they will return and re-use him. So far I've solved it bay pausing and statting them quickly but it would be nice to just write down "NPC 192" on a piece of paper and have their description ready. "Young, eager with brownish hair and blue eyes. Asks a lot of questions, etc, etc"
Anyone?

As far as I understand it, this is what the planned second edition of 760
Patrons will be like, but right now I am not aware of anything of that kind.
Spica's Career Books have a couple of NPCs in the back, 40 in Career
Book 1 and 50 in Career Book 2, but these include only all of the stats,
no descriptions or motives - although these would be easy to add.

There is 1,001 charcters, I don't no if it has delivery boys but it has plenty of other NPCs with stats and equipment.

Must be that medieval setting that keeps me busy, no time to stay up to
date with the Traveller stuff ...

Thanx all. Adding 1001 character stats to the personalities from the site is exactly what I'm after. Going to order the book now.
Besides, I found this which adds up to a quirk a character.

Given that this site just gives a 'numerology' report on the person and seems to cobble the description together using scripts....

Might it be a useful tool to generate personality reports using similar ideas but using the character's stats as part of the basis instead?

This site should be more useful in that it accepts any input of english letters to generate a numerology personality profile. This description is shoter andeasier to use. Seems good for npc descriptions with only a little work.
