I know that many fans here will jump down my throat on this one but I am begging Mongoose not to publish Castle Zagyg as a LA or Rune Quest adventure. It was the original D20 adventure and should stay in that form.

A d20 adventure? Castle Zyzag is a revision of the OD&D/AD&D Castle Gygax and was published using Troll Lord's C&C rules system. As far as I know, it has never been released as a "d20" product.
The key is that Mongoose has announced a connection to Gygax Games in the production of a new version of Gary's Lejendary Adventures game, so the supposition is that Mongoose might take up the publication of other GG products. Since GG has stopped allowing TLG to produce new Castle Zyzag materials, it is assumed that CZ will be shopped elsewhere and the OP is guessing that it could happen here with Mongoose.
I would like to think that if Mongoose do get the opportunity to publish Castle Zagyg that whatever system they decide to use for it they do include an appendix for the equivalent details for Castles & Crusades.
This would be a kind gesture to those players who have already heavily invested in the product from TLG and potentially be good marketing as it would expose those customers to the Mongoose system.
But if wishes were fishes poor people wouldn't starve . . .

Any such decision would not be down to us. However, we have a very good relationship with Troll Lord (having gotten drunk enough with them at several GAMA Trade Shows. . .), and you never know. . .
I would have thought that not publishing Lejendary Adventures would be quite a good idea. I bought the original GDW version and it is not a good game. Bearing in mind that I have not actually opened a copy for many, many years so I might be mistaken. Thinking about it now it seemed to be like an attempt to squeeze Runequet through a D. & D. filter.
