The HAzat fleet set is the only one that only has one destroyer in it, not 2 like the rest...

I would say this is an actuality as the Hazat Carrier is a bit more meaty than other fleet Carriers.

So Matt, if on the no doubt soont o bescheduled launch event for ACTA:NA, if somewone were say to buy all 5 fleet boxes, could they get the rules thrown in for free?
