Have all the FOTW books been shipped now, or are they still lost in the post?

I'm asking as I ordered mine way back in July, and despite the postal problems it seems several people have gotten their books now. Have I been forgotten again (the same was the case with FFTD).

Is it worth pre-ordering the books (I can't afford the Mega-deal, not all at once!) or waiting until the release date, then ordering them?

I would say that I think the books look fantastic, and I have no problems with FFTD. So thanks for re-publishing them, I hope it proves a big hit for you guys.

I'm surprised you didn't offer to nip down once a week and help Russel struggle to the post office (two people can carry more parcels that way ).
