I have been out of the ACTA loop for a while, when is the new rules being released? Is there a date?

The official release date is August for the Second Edition.
Its likely that dated could be postponed a couple of times (just my opinion).

is that august date when it will be appearing in shops or when we can first order it from mongoose? their new models will have a date, but you can often buy them from mongoose directly before that date.

That's the intended date for it being published. This means orders would hopefully arrive for near this date.

I hope their is a PDF download, I like to print them and bind them, easier than a book
