The Brakiri reminds me of planes from Crimson Skies or from some alternate WWII universe than Brakiri design. I mean just add propellers and you've got something from Secrets of the Third Reich.

Interesting, the Brakiri scout also reminded me of a WW I / II submarine or at least torpedo - maybe that´s intentional? Wouldn´t be impossible that MGP took some inspiration from historical vessels...

Yeah, it could be intentional. The Mongoose-style Brakiri do have that WWII design but the I don't see that in the older/orignal designs.

Take a closer look at the Brakiri Tashkat and its design similarities to the Shakara.
I was suprised when i took a closer look

I've liked the new Brakiri designs so far. Much better than some of the earlier stuff we were getting. I do wish there'd be a bit more detail though. Oh well, we're still seeing improvement so that's a plus. The EA ship isn't bad but it shouldn't be EA. The BlueStar? Well I think White Stars are hideously ugly naturally so the Blue Star just falls under that. It's not Mongoose's fault that the ISA's core ships look aweful. Although that hideous White Star Gunship is Mongooses fault. :lol:

Well, from what we´ve seen so far, I´d say the level of detail is roughly comparable to that of the Tashkat, and that miniature has been around forever... so I think it´s absolutely within acceptable parameters.

Personally I think it fits in just as well as the Hermes. The only problem with it is the white paintjob...

only know the AOG fluff myself, they were an agressive but low tech race.

actual mini looks fine... paint jobs are up to personal taste.
