New logo...

As mentioned in Planet Mongoose today.

I saw it at the B5 campaign, I must say while it's an inoffensive logo in and of itself, it isn't what springs to mind for Mongoose.

So when will the populous get a look at it Matt so we can all give our opinions?

Apart from the minor detail that SPAM (all capitals) is Hormel's trademarked meat product while spam (lower case) is e-mail and internet junk :lol:.

It does look like another "harmless spam" like the one reported here - similar nonsense by the same username over all sorts of forums, but no obvious advertisement, website or e-mail to act as a spam payload.

Of course the references to the spam post now all point to LBH's previous post. So people who didn't see the spam before it got nuked might think that LBH is both the spammer and moderator.

If Mongoose is working on a new logo, may I suggest a logo contest? That worked very well for SJG with the 4th ed. covers.

And, if you do have a contest, may I further suggest also taking submissions for new Flaming Cobra logo?
