New Foundry module for trade automation

I've been gradually building a module to automate some of the processes related to trading as described in the MgT2e rules and have reached a point where standard freight, mail, and passengers are working, so I figured I'd release it for feedback & testing while I work on the speculative trading piece. When I get a chance, I'll try this out. But I use The Forge rather than my own Foundry server, so it's a little more involved (at least for me) to get modules installed that aren't in the Forge bazaar.
