New Flight Stands

Nice stands. Gives you more of a flying in space then a crawling on the ground feeling.

You can only mount three? There's not an alternate version with six slots?

Why mount 6 when 3 look just as good? You can effectively double your fighter force.

Nope - number of actual models is irrelevant. Due to this you see a lot of people using masses of card counters for fighters. In a pinch I've used the larger scale fighters (single model) but prefer the smaller ones for scale.

So...buy these stands from timeslip - functional, they look good and you instantly get more flights.

Exactly. There's a lot of guys who base one fighter per base. Personally, I wouldn't do that, but 3 to a stand is acceptable to me. Just make sure that the folks you play with are cool with it.
