New Conan videogame!

THQ is publishing a new Conan title, they say it's something between God of War and Ninja Gaiden, that sounds pretty goodm, but can they deliver? We'll have to wait cause the developers have titles like Marvel Rise of the Imperfects (a mediocre game with some good production values) and Vampire the Masquerade (a good game), so we'll see, anyway, the trailer looks pretty cool.

Looks really good - lots 'o blood and monsters. I loved the skeletons. That one gave Conan as good as he got. Thanks for the link!

I fear it's just another hack'n slash.

Why can't they produce a game like Baldur's gate 2 for Conan?

Maybe it is just hack and slash, but that's not necesarily (sp?) bad, God of War is one of my favorite titles ever.

The game is going to be released for the Xbox 360 and the PS3. I'm very excited about Age of Conan (Xbox360) but I have some doubts cause I've never played a MMORPG. This new Conan title is more accesible for everyone. Anyway, probably I'm getting both.

I had a look at a video for Age of Conan, no gameplay though it was all just look at our cool buildings and stuff, and uh, theres a cat too.

I've been following the Age of Conan development a bit. It just got delayed until later this year I believe.

My take is that it looks like a pretty hardcore MMO. Very PvP-focused and guild-heavy.

i`v seen clips from the Funcom version ( cause Funcom) is a norwegian company and lets say it this way.. . as one that never have liked Conan that much i might go and buy it when it comes out.. my guess is that you need a high end computer heh

That's mainly the high-level stuff. There should be lots of content for casual players. At least, that was the plan when I was at FunCom for a while.
