Negative R&R - Can it be done?

Lets assume for this example you are in a campaign and only have 5 RR left for the turn. Before the new turn can begin someone attacks you and takes your planet, now according to the book you would lose 15RR for losing control of a strategic target, can you do to -10RR in the above example? Or does it stop at 0?

It makes sense if your ammunition supplies and support staff were either captured or had to be evacuated at short notice.

Prophaniti has it right. Matt or Bryan gave exactly that explanation to me - if you lose a planet, you lose your spares and supplies that were stored on it.

Yeah, if you have no stuff stocked on the planet, how can you lose it? It stops at zero because you have nothing left to lose.

We Brakiri use Narn Enforcers. It doesn't cost much to rent the Narn Bat Squad! WHAM!WHAM!WHAM!WHAM!!!!!!!!!

It does rather mean that it is usually better to spend RR points if you can rather than horde them. Saving points just risks losing them if the next turn goes badly.

My shadow ships do not really like the brakiri beam team,
but for the question yes it stops at 0 meaning you're dry.

Saving is risky, it paies if you can buy a big ship but you may loose your savings before being able to buy. It's a kind of major scale political choice.

I wish I could do that, although I play Shadows so I kinda have to save up for anything. Thanks for the answers though guys
