Need to get more players at my local stores.

Hey I have been trying to run Babylon 5 at my local stores and haven't really found a lot of success....until recently I would get usually one to two people every week that was interested. I would run demos and they showed a lot of interest but it still hasn't taken off yet.

I was wondering what some of you do to promote this game in your stores?

There isnt really more that you can do, except playing id say.

If Mongoose would release a new set of counters to match the 2nd Ed. Fleet Lists book, I think it would help alot. The buy in price of a fleet is what scares most away, but if they could try out all the fleets with counters it would help them feel like they could invest only in the one they really wanted. My 2 cents.

however you can still use the old counters, sure you are missing some ships and indeed full fleets, but to do a basic intro game, 1st ed counters work just fine
