Need some fast advice

I'm putting together a 3 point War game to further familiarize my friends with game. I have Minbari and Centauri but thought I have the models for Shadows too. We could play several games with several fleets and get a better feel for the game.

I don't like the new Armageddon levels for the shadows. I thought I'd use the current stats for the other races but use the Tournament lists for the shadows. Anyone see a problem with this? (2 ships, 1 hunter and 2 scouts)

Further question: Do the shadows have to buy fighters on the tournament list?

My buds are coming over in a hour - quick help is best :shock:

First, I wouldn't go for 3 point War as a familiarisation game. Try something smaller, like a 5 point Raid.

Second, you may not like the Armageddon stuff, but there's not a lot of point showing your mates old rules.

This isn't our first game. It'll be our 5th or so. I wanted to show other fleets.

Okay, so is 1 shadow ship and 3 Scouts a viable force?

Remember, with Arm. breakdowns, you can get to 1 Shadow Ship, 1 Hunter, and 2 Scouts by the breakdowns.

On the tourney list, all Aux. craft had to be separately purchased.
