Naval Campaign Sourcebook - which edition rules?

Hi Folks,
Having been gainfully employed for a time, I finally picked up a copy of the Element Cruiser boxed set, and started to devour the Naval Campaign Sourcebook for ideas.



One question though...

Are the rules detailed in the material for use with the First Edition of Mongoose Traveller or the Second edition?

All current material is for the second edition. This includes the Element Cruiser boxed set.
