Natural healing and fatigue rules

Two questions:

1) Natural healing results in 1 HP per x hours - x depends upon resiliance score. It this 1 HP to all injured locations, or 1 HP period (which you allocate to an injured location)?

2) Fatigue tests refer to using the Athletics skill. Elsewhere (for forced marches), the Resilience skill is used to resist suffering a level of fatigue. I consider the Resilience skill far more appropriate - was the use of Athletics intended?

Thanks

Antalon.

Seems obvious to me if you take a step back and don't consider pure rule mechanics...
Resilience would be appropriate for things like Heat, Cold, Hunger, Thirst and any other similiar kind of deprivation where being a sportive type doesn't really help at all. It's just how tough you really are.
Atheltics would be appropriate for the kind of situations where pyhsical fitness is applicable. Think of a Marathon-runner, or a Tri-Athlete. Those kind of guys have gone through rigourous training, have special techniques (breathing, speed, pacing, etc.) and thus can endure longer than the clerk who's sitting at the desk all day long.

My 50 pence

It is to each and every injured location. So if you are wounded in the head and arm, every X hours both the head and arm recover a hit point.
