Gunners Palace

If we're going for awesome gunfights then
Bad Boys (1&2)

I know its cops but hey, the attack on the villa is awesome.

Has anyone seen a recent WWII movie called the Last Drop? It's got Billy Zane, Sean Pertwee and Michael Madsen in the cast. About a group of British troopers involved in Operation Market Garden who are sent to retrieve looted artworks and treasure, while three renegade German soldiers are trying to get the same treasure trove out of Holland before the Allie overrun its' hiding place.

a mate of mine gave me the DVD to watch last week. I'm only a half hour in so far, but it's fun. There's a very brutal gunfight early on.

If you're willing to include TV on DVD don't forget:

The Unit
E-Ring
and any Military Channel available

the firefight scenes from the Miami Vice movie (best firefight sound effects short of real footage!)

Most of my favorites are already on the list.

There's a british show similar to the unit about the SAS. I can't remember what it's called though. Anyone out there that can help?

Thanks, that was it. I knew someone else out there would know it's name. It's been bugging me all day.... well actually the last few hours.

there's also the Sandbaggers from the 1970s - a show allegedly so accurate in its' depiction of covert warfare that the British government dissapeared the show's creator.
