I just uploaded an NPC sheet to Mr. Qwiki here. It fits 3 NPC's in landscape mode.
I'm going to stop creating new threads for updates and just update this thread when I post new sheets.
This is based on a table I use for filling in NPC stat blocks for printing modified for use as a blank sheet intended to be filled in by hand. In the end I removed all lines and shading as it just looks cleaner this way. If anyone would like a copy with either shading or rule lines let me know.
The Word Doc version is a table so can be modified. Any feedback on usability is greatly appreciated.
