That's one of the best ones yet, Shawn. Nice work making it look authentic.

Here's a forest view.

Shawn, with your permission, I'd like to use this one as the closing shot of an adventure I wrote. Not planning on publishing for profit, but I plan on linking a PDF in this forum. The conclusion of the story has the travellers flying out of a trinary star system, but as it so happens, the system primary is a white main sequence star, and the star closest to the players at the conclusion of the story is a companion red dwarf, so your shot is really perfect for this moment.

If you're not comfortable with that, I'll take it out. I will, of course, add whatever credit you want on the illustration if you grant the right to use it.

No problem. Go ahead.

There's a whole story contained in this picture. Where is it? Who is she? Does she know the ship or who's on it? Why are they circling this structure
or are they coming in for a landing? What is this structure doing standing in the middle of a boundless flat plane? etc.

There's also something enigmatically 1960's about that watching figure.

This one, in particular, is Top Draw stuff.
I stole the camera angle from an old Star Trek movie. Cameras were mounted on cranes back then.

Ha! Boundless flat plane. Classic '90s-style CG background rendering from the Bryce 2 days.

I think her clone is on that Free Trader.

Nice picture, very nice art, even with the 1980s American airliner color scheme.

It's the right way up though! If I had artificial gravity I would fly around sideways or upside down just to swag on primitives and "planet siders".

I was at the harbor, looking at colors used on yachts. That Free Trader was more of a deluxe cruiser than a freight hauler.
