Moon Sow for non Fir Domain

I'm considering getting the Moon Sow campaign but saw that it's made for Fir Domain characters.
HAs anyone run it with Sessairs, does being of another tribe pose problems?
Reason for asking is that players already have chars and don't want to remake.

it works best with fir but another group is easy as the politics of a immortal and immoral cheif a problem other clans which could send "help" to sort it also the group could be fostered to the fir so while technically clan as outsiders they wouldnt be classed as kings men hope those ideas help 8)
