mongoose is not responding to my emails and do not know what

A few weeks ago ordering a book (10 in total) and I've only received 5. I sent 4 emails asking for some explanation and I have not heard any of them. What I can do?

Yes, to some extent. I have not tried to contact by phone mainly because my written English is bad but talking is worse.

I tried to contact by email to addresses that come in contact page (mainly that of sales @ mongoose ...) but I have not received a response.

Yup - Friday Royal Wedding, National Holiday - today Monday - Bank Holiday...

For me I was in work for both, shorter hours though...so not so bad.

Still I got something interesting finished, that was non work related.......
