Having just gotten a reply, and fix for a Mongoose product I purchased through DTRPG, I just wanted to give a loud cheer to both their support people, and yours is particular.
As I mentioned in my review on their site, I don't know of a single company that regularly fixes their products, and then gives away the update for free.
If Microsoft operated that way, my Windows 3.1 floppies would get me a Windows 11 update for free*.
