Missing Parts?

I know this has to have been asked and answered a billion times but my search-fu fails me atm. Who do we contact to get a missing part for our B5:CtA minis? I usually have NO missing parts but as luck (or lack of luck on my part) has it, I am in need of them.

Firstly, nice Avatar, hope you don't mind me using it. I saved it in Photobucket to avoid any complacations.

I've had a few missing pieces, Mongoose are very good at sorting these out. here is who I've emailed in the past.

I don't think he works for Mongoose anymore, the address Shadow Queen gave is the one of the mail order chap at Mongoose, or there is the more general sales@mongoosepublishing.com
