Missing Islands

Hi All,

Just to clarify, there is an error in the Second Age Book. The Island in Maniria marked as the Leftarm Island are in fact the Rightarm Islands, the are known as God Forgot is also known as the Leftarm Islands. I have been writing about these islands for the last twelve years, in both fan and official publications so trust me, I am right.

The Rightarm Islands
Home to the Pelaskans, worshippers of the Fishing God Pelaskos and his family of watery spirits, gods and demigods. They are servants of the Ludoch merfolk, that inhabit the bay and are great ship builders. Amongst their islands are the famous Zoo, home to many God Learner monstrosities, Iron Fort, a Zistorite colony and Seapolis, a city of two halves, that above the water and that below.

I think this is what you mean (My correction in italics).

Didn't you do some (good) artwork and stuff for Tales?

Cheers, Ade

PS Tell me more about the Zine.

Are you sure you are not left?

Apparently you have not heard of the Godlearner experiment known as the Island Swap. It has been overshadowed by the Goddess Switch and so is less known.

Seriously though, that part of the book has a few errors, such as the inhabitants of Caladraland worshiping Aurelion rather than Caladra. Hopefully these will be cleared up in errata at some point and fixed by the next printing.

Welcome to the board BTW. Can we expect any fanzine love for the Second Age?

Or they renamed them based on point of view. Right arm if you're sailing into the bay, not actually living there. This sort of thing happens a lot with empires renaming things they don't really understand. :) I am eagerly waiting to see a "Your Finger You Fool" Mountain somewhere in Umalthea.

Just like Swedes call the Baltic sea "Eastsea" , and Estonians call it "Westsea".

Thanks! That's the sort of real-world (tm) example I was trying to think of!

But once the mislabling Evil Guys from the Sea were gone, everyone went back to the proper name for the islands. Honest! :)
