Some nice new toys and it is nice to see the LAG back. I am looking forward to the book now with a good degree of anticipation but there might be a few minor problems:
P22. Guerilla
Previous service: 2 terms in any military careers?
I am very doubtful about this - and almost cynical enough to suggest that any prior military experience is a disadvantage to enlisting. Indeed ANY experience should be a disadvantage to reflect the youth of most guerilla fighters.
The examples I am thinking of are the original one, the Peninsular War (I am not sure if the Spanish army of the time would have counted for military service) and Africa as the indigs fought for the right to panga each other to death. Recently rereading the Hammer's Slammers books and about the Belgian Congo is a dangerous combination.
I want to ask if guerilla is a more polite term for terrorist but that just opens a big can of stink.
Guerilla warfare is a very, very useful thing for the GM so this is a worthwhile inclusion. The more horrible the reality the more useful it can be for the GM.
P103.
Auto Cannon description.
Gravity fed? Not in any modern model, indeed not in any postwar model I can think of but then most of those are for aircraft. Indeed the 'drum fed' bit in the description makes a nonsense of gravity feed and one of them should go.
It looks as if I need to reread this:

P103
MagRail Minigun description
Discs of sharpened metal. Eh?
Unless it means killer frisbee style which is just silly.
