How much does it cost to become an accredited mercenary? To form a mercenary company? Is there a mercenary guild or something?

If you confine your activities to one system, probably the going rate at the jurisdiction you're registered at.

Imperium certification guarantees reliability, and probably a requirement to undertake tickets outside your registered jurisdiction, as the, or a principal principled contractor.
