Marines get +2 SOC?

On page 20 of the first edition, it says Marines get +2 SOC if rolling a 7 when mustering out. "+2" isn't a typo, is it?

Nevermind. I see the Navy career has it too.

Navy and Marines are the two most prestigious military services that are, or can be, truly "Imperial". The SOC boost from Naval service has been around since CT, and the bonus to that roll is usually from high rank. The power to command fleets and a rise to defacto nobility are not related by accident.
