I remember one convention over here in the US, where some of the Mongoose staff were taking "shopping breaks" and somebody (Ian?) bought a bunch of legos that he either couldn't find in the UK or were more expensive there.

Im pretty certain the pod is the Terradome from Turtles, which is an awesome deal for a buck, and its looking good without any work done, nice find!
