Then it could still be Lone Wolf. I've been thing about the question of adapting the books and having to restructure because of the PC's having too many skills. Well, only having 1 player and 1 DM would solve that problem and keep the challenge the same.

This might be a cool RPG to for 1 on 1 RPG actions.
 
A few encounters may have to be toned down, especially ones invovling the Helghast. As it is the Helghasts in the rpg are more difficult that the ones in the books, as the ones in the rpg do double damage.
 
Wow, so even a nerfed Helghast is pretty deadly...

Edit: And for some reason I recal lthe bluefire spear and CS spread of the Helghast from the book, and completely missed that double damage part

So start the players at 3 disciplines each.
