Just read your chapter - it's very good. I like the fact that everyone seems to have a story and appears real. The story lingers over some of the more minute aspects of things, and this also serves to reinforce reality.

One thing though - the descriptions are a tad long. Not in terms of the actual length of the description, but in terms of sentance length. If you broke these up a bit it would read a bit more flowingly.

But overall it's a good chapter- hinting at more to come, but taking its time and building the universe and the story.

Hehe... You seem to be the only one. I have a "Inns of the Stornlands" article I have to finish (1 inn down, 3 more to go), and then chapter 3 of this. It might be a while...

Not a lot of books shift the perspective like that, nice to see something different, and as I say, I like it!
