Lonewolf Megadeal Refunds Status?

The majority of Book 19s have indeed gone out. We are waiting for more stock to cover those who signed up to continue the megadeal more recently.

Matthew, I emailed you a week ago about my refund, and have had no reply. Could you please check to see if you got my message?

Hey there,

I did indeed, and you'll be getting a reply this week - very sorry, emails have been building up over the Salute and Easter weekends. I _will_ get to you.

I have yet to receive book 19 onwards. Also, I have written in regarding my change of address for future deliveries and there has not been a single reply.

We answer all address changes - please drop me another line at msprange@mongoosepublishing.com and we'll sort you out!

I've replied Matthew Sprange three additional times in Dec without any replies back about the Megadeal refund. The only response I've gotten recently from Matthew was from this very forum back in Nov.

I'm very sorry to hear that - drop me a line at msprange@mongoosepublishing.com and we'll see what has happened!

Jesy_par is a spammer, possibly a bot. This was one of three posts which used the same technique - copy text from an earlier post in the same thread, re-post it, then the spammer's signature with advertised URL's appears in the re-post. What made it obvious in one of the posts is that the re-post quoted something I had written. I'd have splatted the spams earlier but I've been on holiday. :)

Cheers - would explain why I did not see that email :)
