Good day all,

Just a question on the miniatures, since it's hard to tell from the pics:

1. Are they to scale, as in comparing across Giaks, Gourgaz, etc? IF so Giaks should be smaller than Kai, Gourgaz larger, etc.

2. How accurate are they? I just saw the Gourgaz pic and it didn't look like what I'd come to associate Gourgaz with from Book 1 Flight from the Dark.

3. Are they prepainted? I read the other thread and was still unclear on that.

4. How come there are no miniatures on the Evil warriors, excluding the Giaks? As in Helghast, Drakkarim, etc?

5. How do these compare to the miniatures of long ago, and are those still available? I remember that there were very many different types of Giaks in that series so you could really construct dioramas of battle royales.

While I still haven't seen the minis in natura (but I plan to buy some of them - my FLGS promised to stock them next year), I'll try to answer some of the questions:

I'm pretty sure that they are not prepainted (Thank God!).

I guess that if the minis released so far sell well we will see those, too.

5. How do these compare to the miniatures of long ago, and are those still available?

The old LW minis from Citadel aren't available anymore and they should be noticeable smaller than the current line from Mongoose.

Hi,

The minis are to scale so the Gourgaz is quite a bit bigger than the giaks and they are a touch smaller than the Kai.

I saw Drakkarim and I think Helghast as well at the open day so they are on the way..

I also remember that we've been promised Doomwolves, so don't worry about evil models, they'll be around!
