I have a character sheet I would like to share. What do I need to put on it so that it is legal? I would like to use the logo as well.

According to SRD Logo license, you must fill out Logo License Acceptance Form and return it to Mongoose Publishing (and wait until they acknowledge it)

It's worth dropping an email to msprange@mongoosepublishing.com and asking if you can just have permission to do it outside of the commercial licence, unless you're going to be asking for money

If you use the logo licence, there's a lot of other considerations to take into account (for example you have to have a "cover" on your character sheet to keep to the wording of the licence) - usually Mongoose are okay with anyone doing stuff that isn't going to be charged for, so your best bet is to just email and ask first
