Bryan Steele seems to be going in to more detail with the League races for Second edition, releasing a sourcebook on each. The Pak'Ma'Ra have already been done and the Gaim are in a soon-to-be-released book according to the main website. Presumably the Abbai, Drazi, Llort and others will be dealt with in their own books later.
