Just a question about some of the Lawgiver Expertise talents. After taking Pour It On, do you now always get 4 shooting dice when using standard execution rounds? For example, if you use the talent Armour Buster with standard execution rounds, do you get the 4 shooting dice? Or do you have to use the talent Pour It On as your shoot action to get the 4?

Same for Modified Lawgiver. If I take AP rounds when I select Modified Lawgiver do I now always get 2 shooting dice when using AP rounds? If I use Armour Buster with AP rounds do I get the 2 shooting dice?

I'm just a little confused because the talents aren't listed as passive, but as action(shoot).

They are indeed not Passive, so they always have to be done with an action and, if another Talent is not Passive, they cannot be combined (Lawgiver Expertise is good, but not that good ).
