It was good to see all of the "King of the Jumpgate" crew again this weekend at Kublacon 2010. I missed attending last year due to my father's illness.
While I was busy playing and judging RPGA and Pathfinder Society this weekend, some of my sacramento friends played a demo and got invested (ie, bought rulebooks and fleets) for Spartan Games' "Uncharted Seas". I got a chance to sit down and discuss the basics and it sounds like a quite a good system. I remarked that it sounds like it would translate well to a babylon 5 theme for fleet battles. They said, "oh, they've got rules for that already, they have a space version called Firestorm"
So I'm wondering if anybody has picked up this game and made some attempt to do a B5 conversion?
