Klegg Gang

I've been hunting around for miniatures that would pass for Kleggs but can't seem to find anything suitable. Suggestions!?

Your options are very limited. Apart from the Mongoose Kleggs, there are the Foundry Deputy Chief Judge Grampus (expensive and very big) and the long OOP GW Kleggs, which are pretty small. My advice would be to grab a Foundry Grampus, cut the Judge parts off and use him as your Top Dog. Two MGP Kleggs as punks and try and grab a few GW Kleggs from eBay as Klegg juves. You're looking at a mean £30 for that lot, but it's all I can suggest beyond converting/sculpting your own out of some childrens crocodile toys!

If I had the modelling skills there're two Grim Reaper Lizardman miniatures about half-way down that page which could pass for Kleggs if modded properly.

I was going to do this by getting Grampus as a character, 2 of the MGP Kleggs (Big Kleggs) and a few of the GW Kleggs (Baby or young Kleggs). :?

I think swapping the weapons out wouldn't be a task beyond me but they need the correct clothing too.
