Is the Kinunir class detailed for MGT2?

I don't know about it being closest to the original, but it is much improved... not that the bar was high.
The original had no armor, HG22 has 4
The original had fuel for 200 days of operations. The new one lasts 4 weeks.
The original had single turret Particle Accelerators. The new one has barbettes.
The new one loses 3 air rafts.
It also loses 39 ton of cargo.
The new one has a smaller fuel processor (by 3.8 tons)

I mean, there's two versions in Mongoose Traveller 2e. The High Guard one and the Whispers in the Abyss one. Are you saying the Whispers in the Abyss one is closer to the original?

Neither of them use Classic Traveller rules, obviously. Few, if any, MgT 2e versions of CT era ships are identical to their original version.

OH. OK. That makes sense. I was comparing to the version in the CT Book 5 High Guard. If I had used the CT A01, I'd have had to cross reference the other LBBs too much, and I only have the "fax" copy of those.
I haven't bought Whispers yet. Got a stack of gift cards waiting, and have too many other things going to use them yet.
