What does this means: Kajabor wields entropy in the world?

...is he like a black hole that devours everything?

IMHO:-
I'm not 100% if the entity exists as itself any more, it seems to have metamorphed into Time through Archne Solara's tender mercies...

But the concept of annihilation/obliteration and the void must still exist, but whether it would want worshipers - it is a totally impersonal force, more of an act of nature than a god. And such a cult would be nihilistic if it existed.

If it did exist why would any one worship it?

In away its presence in the cosmos is more likely to make the worship of other gods more prominant.
After all it was the presence of Kajabor and what it represented that terrified and caused Vivamort to align himself with chaos and avoid anihilation, instead becoming a vamp.

I wouldn't really expected a cult to exist.

Here are a couple that are anti-Yelm

Kazkurtum is one portion of Yelm, but is also the source of Evil it came into being when Yelm disintegrated.
Annilha, Goddess of Death, she was the assassin of Murharzarm.
Bakoka (bagog) Scorpion goddess
Deshkorgos, the monster man and keeper of the fourth underworld.

You could also draw on any of the Troll Gods... who hate the fiery Death thet drove them from wonderhome.
