I have a copy of C'tech in my hands, well technically it's on the sofa behind me, and it's all mine :lol: 8)

Printing and binding quality looks great, whatever Mongoose have done to fix the problems seems to be working, so far as colour books go (I also got Thirdspace for the B5 2E RPG).

Just need to check through it to check there are no missing or duplicated pages but confidence is high........

Wassat!? Something just moved past my leg, a tentacly something not unlike a dionaga, but I'm not in a trash compactor!!!

Can't type, being dragged toward sofa.......HEEEELLLPPP!!!!!!!!

Spoke too soon, quite a few, small but annoying, cropping issues on the book, inclusding some missing text, email will be sent to Mongoose I'll keep you posted on how that goes.

As for the missing text. The Department of Public Health made Mongoose take those parts out. Seems when the Proofreader got to them they start shrieking , yelling in an unknown tongue then and attacking people around them with a staple remover.
 
Should have got back sooner on this, some of the missing parts are the producer's fault, some are printing issues. I'll be getting a replacement copy shipped to me in January.

So now what exactly is "the producers fault"?
 
P.253 at the very bottom left of the page the sentence ends "offer them a bribe, such" and is not continued on the next page (A new sentence starts there. Obviously some text is missing here.

That was the only fault that was caused by the pdf file Mongoose were given, the rest were printing and binding errors, at least that I found.

Anyway, my replacement copy arrived in the post today and so far as I can see is pristine, also Mongoose have seemingly switched to using Amazon style card for shipping their books, a big improvement.

Still have that error? My galley copy doesn't have that error so it may be something with the darn pdf again.
 
That's what I get for tempting fate by describing myself as "Rules awyer, will travel" I suppose

I'll try and stop by if I get a moment free from the Mongoose environs
