I have not play a hold lot so i need some help what is the best way to play them?

Shouldn't that be 7 Whitestars instead of 9? or is there a different points breakdown im just not seeing?

The Breakdown I see is:
1: 1 Whitestar, 1 Vaarka, 2 Bluestars
2: 1 Whitestar, 1 Vaarka, 2 Bluestars
3: 1 Whitestar, 1 Vaarka, 2 Bluestars
4: 2 Whitestars
5: 2 Whitestars

Is there a better breakdown? Being an ISA player myself I would really like to able to squeeze a couple extra Whitestars in when I can.
