ISA Nial vs. Minbari Nial

I suspect this is just another typo (and, again, sorry if this has already been asked), but I noticed that the ISA Nial has a hull 3, while the Minbari Nial has a hull 4.

Say, I also noticed that the White Star Carrier lost it's aft weaponry. Another oversight, or deliberate exclusion?

deliberate. the gunship and standard WSs only have fore arc so to not get to far away it lost its rear arc.
